How far ahead should I order?
For celebration cakes, please reach out 2–4 weeks ahead. Tasting boxes need at least 4 days’ notice. A requested date is not a reservation: Isabella confirms availability personally.
What is the difference between a classic and a custom cake?
Our classics pair signature flavors with the bakery’s classic decoration. Choose a flavor and size directly in the catalogue. Custom cakes are designed around your occasion, colors and inspiration, and receive an individual quote.
Which size should I choose?
The 7-inch cake serves 8–10 generous slices ($85). The 9-inch cake serves 12–16 ($125). The tall 9-inch cake serves 16–20 ($155). The first two have 3 cake layers and 2 frosting layers; the tall cake has 4 cake layers and 3 frosting layers. Prices are in USD and cover classic decoration.
Where can I pick up my cake?
Pickup is in Forest Hills, Queens. Your confirmed order will include the exact pickup address and agreed time. Please arrange pickup in advance.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available across New York City’s five boroughs, subject to the address and schedule. Share your borough with your request. Isabella will confirm delivery availability, timing and the fee before you pay.
How do I confirm and pay for an order?
Send your order or custom request here. Isabella will confirm availability, the final total and payment instructions. An online request is not a booking and does not charge your card. Payment and cancellation terms must be confirmed directly before you place the order.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?
Please include allergies or dietary requests before ordering. Isabella will confirm whether the order can be accommodated. Several recipes contain walnuts, dairy, eggs or wheat. Do not assume that a cake is allergen-free.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact Isabella directly before making a change or cancellation. Ask for the applicable deadlines and fees when you confirm your order; these are not finalized through this website.
Who can see my request and inspiration photos?
Your request is saved in the bakery’s WordPress system for the team to review. Inspiration images are uploaded to the website; please avoid sensitive personal information in images. For corrections or deletion, contact Isabella with your name and request date.
